My second release, and first album. It took about 8 months to create the album in its entirety, and while it wasn't always easy, I loved every second of it.

Throughout the album there's a central idea depicting a protagonist's loss of control. I wanted Far From the Sea to be an unpredictable adventure filled with sharp twists and turns, but still maintaining a somewhat coherent flow.

Thank you to everyone who supported me along the way, and those who would let me talk their ear off about it when I couldn't contain my excitement.

After listening to this song from beginning to end with his eyes closed, my son (6yo) said... first I was flying in outer space in a monster truck blasting out fire. then i was floating in space with a cat and we were both in space suits. and then i was fighting a giant robot and it turned into 80 more giant robots. but then my fist grew super big and i punched the giant one in the face and it died. music of exceptional creativity, color and virtuosity. :-) ache-horn
